Refunds
Refunds are not offered, except where the ordered item is no longer available in the customer’s preferred size and there is no suitable alternative available for exchange.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted only when an incorrect item was delivered.
(Exchange will be made to the correct item only.)
Size-Related Exchanges
Size exchanges resulting from incorrect sizing provided by the customer are accepted with an exchange fee and are subject to availability.
Exchange Conditions
•Any exchange request must be communicated within 24 hours of delivery.
•Items approved for exchange must be returned within a reasonable delivery timeframe, similar to the original delivery timeline.
•Items must be unused, in original condition, and with packaging intact.
Exchange Costs
All costs related to exchanges are borne by the customer.
Customers are advised to use secure and trackable delivery when returning items.
Delivery Timeline
•Within Lagos: 24–48 working hours
•Outside Lagos: 2–5 working days (depending on location)
