Perishables (Plantains): We strive to deliver our fresh produce, such as plantains, in optimal condition. However, fresh produce is susceptible to natural variations and transit conditions. Kasarachifoodies is not responsible for minor spoilage or natural ripening that occurs during normal transit times.

Delivery Zones & Timelines: Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. We only deliver to the specified zones listed.

Delays: Kasarachifoodies is not liable for delays caused by logistics partners, traffic, extreme weather, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Incorrect Address: Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. Redelivery due to an incorrect address will incur additional charges.

Unsatisfactory Condition (Damaged on Arrival): If you receive a product in a significantly unsatisfactory condition (e.g., severe transit damage to the garri sack, leaking palm oil container, or excessive spoilage of plantains), you must notify us within  2 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if requested before the order is marked as “Shipped” or “Out for Delivery.” Once an order is in transit, it cannot be cancelled.

In no event shall Kasarachifoodies, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or products.
