1. Product Authenticity & Cultural Craftsmanship
HomeSpring offers authentic African fashion fabrics and garments including Adire, Aso Oke, Ankara, Isiagu, Akwa Ocha, and other heritage textiles.
Due to the handmade and traditional nature of many fabrics:
• Slight color, weave, or pattern variations may occur.
• Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and lighting.
• Some fabrics may have minor irregularities consistent with artisanal production.
These are not defects but part of authentic craftsmanship.
2. Pricing & Currency
All prices are listed in the store’s primary currency. International customers may be charged in their local currency depending on platform conversion rates.
Buyers are responsible for:
• Import duties
• VAT
• Customs clearance charges
• Local taxes imposed by their country
HomeSpring has no control over customs processing times.
3. Processing Time
Processing time varies depending on:
• Fabric type
• Custom tailoring requirements
• Order volume
Estimated processing time will be stated in each listing. Production begins only after payment confirmation.
4. Custom Orders & Measurements (Very Important)
For made-to-measure garments:
• Customers must provide accurate measurements.
• Once production begins, custom orders cannot be cancelled.
• Custom items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless there is a proven production error.
We strongly recommend double-checking measurements before submission.
5. Shipping & Delivery
• Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
• Delays caused by customs, courier services, weather, or international regulations are beyond our control.
• Tracking details will be provided once shipped.
HomeSpring is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the courier.
6. Returns & Exchanges (Global Standard)
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Eligible for Return:
• Item is unused
• Item is in original condition
• Return requested within 14 days of delivery (EU-compliant window)
Not Eligible:
• Custom or made-to-order items
• Sale or discounted items
• Worn or altered garments
Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer unless the error was on our part.
Refunds are processed after inspection of returned item.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:
• Contact us within 48 hours
• Provide clear photo or video evidence
• Keep original packaging
Failure to provide evidence may result in denial of claim.
8. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After processing or tailoring begins, cancellation may not be possible.
9. Fabric Care Disclaimer
Some African fabrics require specific care:
• Dry clean recommended for lace and Aso Oke
• Cold wash recommended for Ankara and Adire
• Avoid bleach
HomeSpring is not responsible for damage caused by improper washing or handling.
10. Privacy Policy (GDPR-Compliant Summary)

• Process orders
• Arrange shipping
• Provide customer service
We do not sell or share personal information with third parties except as required to fulfill your order (payment processors, courier services).
