‎1. Introduction

‎Welcome to Lagro Global Investment Limited (“the Company”). These Terms and Conditions govern all transactions, services, and engagements with our customers, partners, and distributors. By doing business with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

‎2. Scope of Business

‎Lagro Global Investment Limited is engaged in:

‎Processing and export of dehydrated vegetables (e.g., pumpkin leaves, okra, bitter leaf, etc.)

‎Supply of animal feed and agro-products

‎Agricultural commodities trading (local and international)

‎All products are supplied subject to availability and applicable export regulations.

‎3. Product Quality & Standards

‎All products are processed and packaged in accordance with standard agricultural and export practices.

‎For export, products comply with buyer specifications and agreed quality parameters.

‎Variations may occur due to natural agricultural factors.

‎4. Pricing & Quotations

‎Prices are quoted in Naira (₦), USD ($), or other agreed currencies.

‎All quotations are valid for a limited period (typically 7–14 days unless otherwise stated).

‎Prices may change due to market fluctuations, exchange rates, or supply conditions.

‎5. Orders & Contract Formation

‎Orders are confirmed only upon written acceptance and/or issuance of a Proforma Invoice.

‎For export transactions, a formal Sales Contract may be required.

‎The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any order.

‎6. Payment Terms

‎Accepted payment methods include:

‎Bank Transfer (Local & International)

‎Letter of Credit (LC)

‎Documents Against Payment (DP) / Documents Against Acceptance (DA) (subject to approval)

‎Standard terms:

‎Local orders: Full payment or agreed deposit before delivery

‎Export orders: 30%–50% advance payment, balance before shipment or as agreed

‎7. Packaging & Labeling

‎Products are packaged according to export and safety standards.

‎Custom packaging and private labeling may be provided upon request at additional cost.

‎8. Delivery & Shipping Terms

‎Delivery terms may include EXW, FOB, CIF, or CFR as agreed.

‎Shipping timelines depend on order size, processing time, and logistics conditions.

‎Risk transfers to the buyer in accordance with the agreed Incoterms.

‎9. Inspection & Acceptance

‎Buyers may appoint third-party inspection agencies before shipment.

‎Any claims regarding quality or quantity must be made within 3–7 days of delivery.

‎Failure to notify within this period constitutes acceptance of goods.

‎10. Returns & Refunds

‎Due to the nature of agro-products, returns are generally not accepted.

‎Refunds or replacements apply only in cases of:

‎Proven product defects

‎Incorrect shipment

‎Claims must be supported with verifiable evidence.

‎11. Product Use & Liability Disclaimer

‎Buyers are responsible for proper handling, storage, and usage of products.

‎The Company shall not be liable for:

‎Misuse or improper storage

‎Loss of profit, crop failure, or indirect damages

‎12. Force Majeure

‎Lagro Global Investment Limited shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its control, including:

‎Natural disasters

‎Government restrictions

‎Port delays

‎Pandemics or conflicts

‎13. Compliance with Laws

‎All parties must comply with applicable Nigerian export laws and international trade regulations.

‎Buyers are responsible for import permits and compliance in their destination country.

‎14. Confidentiality

‎All business information, pricing, and agreements between parties shall remain confidential unless disclosure is required by law.

‎15. Dispute Resolution

‎Any dispute shall first be resolved amicably.

‎Where unresolved, disputes shall be settled under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

‎Jurisdiction shall lie within Nigerian courts.

‎16. Limitation of Liability

‎The Company’s liability shall not exceed the total value of the goods supplied under the contract.

‎17. Amendments

‎Lagro Global Investment Limited reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
