2. Product Accuracy & Pricing We strive to ensure all product descriptions and white-background images are accurate. However, slight variations in colour or packaging may occur. All prices are inclusive of applicable Spanish taxes but exclude import duties/taxes required by the destination country.

3. Shipping and Delivery (Spain & International)

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

• Carrier: We use reliable Spanish logistics partners (e.g., Correos, SEUR, or DHL).

• Customs: For orders outside the EU, the buyer is the importer of record and is responsible for all local customs fees and import duties.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Hassle-Free Returns In accordance with EU “Right of Withdrawal” laws:

• 14-Day Window: Customers have 14 days from receipt to request a return.

• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

• Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, Beauty & Personal Care products (soaps, hair care, skin care) cannot be returned once the seal is broken.

• 5. Exceptions to Returns & Refunds In accordance with EU health and safety regulations, the following items are strictly non-returnable once the seal is broken or the product has been handled:

  • Hygiene & Personal Care: For health protection and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for soaps, hair care (including weaves/wigs), or skin care products if the original protective seal is broken.

  • Perishable & Eatable Items: All food products, spices, and agro-commodities are non-returnable. We cannot guarantee the safety or integrity of food items once they have left our controlled environment.

  • Damaged Goods: If an item arrives damaged, the customer must provide photographic evidence within 24 hours of delivery to qualify for a replacement or store credit.

6. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be handled within the jurisdiction of the courts in Huesca, Spain.
