DP Fashion House – Terms & Conditions (Exchange Policy)
At DP Fashion House, every piece is carefully crafted and quality-checked before dispatch. To ensure fairness and hygiene standards, we operate a NO RETURNS policy. Please read the terms below carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Returns
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances, including change of mind, wrong size selection, or style preference.
2. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed only within 48 hours of receiving your item.
Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original condition, with tags intact.
Exchange is subject to stock availability.
Where the desired item is unavailable, a store credit may be issued, valid for future purchases (no cash refunds).
3. Items Not Eligible for Exchange
The following items cannot be exchanged:
Custom-made, bespoke, or altered pieces
Sale, discounted, or promotional items
Accessories (e.g. scarves, bangles, inner wears, etc.)
Items damaged due to customer handling
4. Delivery & Logistics
Delivery fees are non-refundable.
For exchanges, customers are responsible for all return and re-delivery costs.
DP Fashion House is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.
5. Quality Issues
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, kindly notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
Approved cases will be exchanged for the same item or similar value only.
6. Size & Measurement Disclaimer
All measurements provided are approximate. Minor variations may occur due to fabric type and tailoring style. Customers are advised to confirm sizes before purchase.
7. Acceptance of Terms
By completing a purchase with DP Fashion House, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
