Acceptance Of Terms: By assessing and purchasing Bettervalue Food Products(”we”, ”us”, ”our”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not not agree , please do not use our store or services.
Product Information:
- All product descriptions are subject to change without notice.
- We make an effort to display accurate information, but do not guarantee that colors, packaging, or nutritional details are error-free.
Ordering & Payment:
- Orders are confirmed only after payment is received.
- We accept payments via bank transfer, card payments, and approved online payment gateways.
- Prices include VAT where applicable.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspicious activity.
Shipping & Delivery:
- We shop within Nigeria and select International destinations.
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon delivery.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses
Return / Refund Policy:
Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns under the following conditions:Â
- The wrong item was sent.
- The package is unopened, sealed, and in Original condition
- Return request is made within 2 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened packages
- products that have been stored improperly after delivery
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling.
- Product purchased during clearance or final sale.
Replacements:
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item), we cover the return shipping.
- If the return is due to customer preference, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Limitations of Liability:
- Bettervalue is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.
- We are not responsible for delays due to logistics, weather, customs, or unforeseen circumstances
