🥤 How to Prepare Zobo drink
- Rinse the dried zobo leaves to remove dust.
- Boil the leaves in clean water until the color becomes rich red.
- Add flavors (optional): ginger, pineapple, cloves, or fruits.
- Stir & simmer for 10–15 minutes.
- Allow to cool, then sieve to remove particles.
- Add sugar or sweetener to taste (optional).
- Refrigerate and serve chilled.
