Return Policy for Munirah

Thank you for shopping at Munirah! We take pride in the craftsmanship of our handmade handbags and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.

Eligibility for Returns:

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

• The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
• The item must be free from any signs of wear, tear, stains, or damage.
• You must provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt.

Non-Returnable Items:

Due to the handmade nature and for hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

• Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
• Customized or personalized handbags (e.g., handbags with monogramming, special orders, or alterations).
• Items damaged due to improper care or use.

Return Process:

1. Contact Us: Within 14 days of receiving your order, please contact us at info@shopmunirah.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for the return.

2. Return Authorization: We will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return shipping instructions.

3. Packaging: Carefully package the item in its original packaging or a suitable alternative to prevent damage during transit. Include all original tags, accessories, and any paperwork that came with the handbag.

4. Shipping: Ship the item back to us within 14 days of receiving your RAN. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect in craftsmanship or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring the package for its full value, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

5. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. If approved, we will process your refund within 14 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.  

    

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective handbag, please contact us immediately at info@shopmunirah.com with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item following the return process and place a new order for the desired item.  

Shipping Costs for Returns:

• Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect in craftsmanship or an error on our part.
• Our Responsibility: We will cover the return shipping costs if the item is damaged, defective, or if we made an error with your order.
