ABC Mama Osas Store – Return & Refund (RMA) Policy

At ABC Mama Osas Store, we take pride in supplying only fresh, quality Ogbono and other local food products.
However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) policy applies as follows:

1. Eligibility for Return

• You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

• Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product arrived damaged or spoiled.

  • You received a different product or quantity from what you ordered.

• Products must remain sealed and unused for eligibility.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Because our products are natural food items, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as taste, preference, or color differences once opened.

• Items that have been opened, unsealed, or stored improperly are not eligible.

3. Return Process

• To initiate a return, contact us via email or WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery.

• Provide your order number, photo of the product, and reason for return.

• Once approved, you’ll receive an RMA number and instructions for return shipping.

4. Refund or Replacement

• Upon receiving and verifying your returned item, we will:

  • Send a replacement, or

  • Issue a refund (excluding shipping costs), depending on your choice and product availability.

• Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after approval.

5. Shipping Responsibility

• If the return is due to our error (wrong item or spoiled product), we cover the return shipping cost.

• If the buyer changes their mind, the buyer covers the return shipping cost.
